Hi guys, Photoshop CS5 dilengkapi dengan beberapa alat yang menarik untuk desainer, salah satunya yang menonjol adalah alat Refine Edge baru. Benar-benar membantu ketika memotong objek dari latar belakang terutama ketika melibatkan rambut manusia atau jenis bulu yang mengganggu dan bisa rumit untuk mencapai terlihat realistis. Dengan Photoshop CS5 sekarang mungkin untuk mencapai tugas itu sangat mudah. Berikut beberapa teknik dapat Anda gunakan pada gambar terutama mereka yang dengan nada latar belakang yang bervariasi, hasil hanya membutuhkan beberapa klik mouse. Step 1

Open the sunbathing 2 from Stock.xchng, then crop it down to about 24×24 inches, removing the majority of the sky.

Step 2

Use the Quick Selection Tool, to do a rough selection of the girl. Make the brush size about 37 pixels in diameter at 100% hardness. brush over the image of the girl to do the quick selection.

Step 3

Now use the new Refine Edge tools in Photoshop CS5 to help us out. Click on the Refine Edge button.





The first thing you should do is decide which “View Mode” you want to work with, this will all depend on the image you are working on. With this particular image we want to see the outline of the hair, so go ahead and set the View Mode to Black and White, this will give us a nice mask.

Step 4

Set the Edge Detection to Smart Radius, then bump the Radius up to 99.0%

Step 5

Change the View Mode to Black, you will notice that the model has some blue from the sky in her hair and on the edges of her skin.

Step 6

Turn on Decontaminate Colors and set the amount to 68%





Tweak your settings by switching back and forth between view modes. When you are satisfied, set your Output to New Layer With Mask. Then press OK.





You will notice that Photoshop automatically created a new layer with a mask and turned off your original image layer.

Step 7

Now open the Sunset from Astoria, Queens image from Stock.xchng, copy and paste the image below the new Mask Layer (layer with the girl). See final Image below.

Conclusion

As you can see the new Refine Edge tool, is a nice addition to Photoshop, it really help to speed up the design process with really great results, it is not a perfect tool for every situation, but it is great to have for those difficult and time consuming projects. Play around with the other options and try experimenting with other objects and see what kind of results you get.

hallo guys, berikut ini saya kutipkan cara/trik dalam mengedit photo dengan memainkan pencahayaan. Check This Out!



Create a new document (Ctrl+N) in Adobe Photoshop CS5 with the size 1280px by 1024px (RGB color mode) at a resolution of 72 pixels/inch. Use the Paint Bucket Tool (G) to fill with black color the new background layer.

Find a stock photo with a man represented on it, I used this photo from deviantart. I would like to thank the author of this photo.

Remove the background using your favorite tools like Pen Tool (P), Magic Wand Tool (W), Magnetic Lasso (L) or even a simple Filter>Extract and insert it on a new layer in our main document.

Click Create new fill or adjustment layer from bottom part of the Layers panel and select Hue/Saturation.

Drag the slider to the left to decrease the Saturation of the color range.

On a new layer select the Soft Round brush; set the Opacity to 15% in the Options bar.

Use this brush to paint the next zones around the man with #AC007A and #2E0077 colors.

Set the Blending mode to Linear Dodge for this layer.

Select once again Create new fill or adjustment layer from bottom part of the Layers panel and click to Curves to adjust the curve shape as shown to make a little color corrections.

We’ve got the next result:

Create a new layer and select the Paint Bucket Tool (G) to fill the layer with black color.

Insert the mask on the layer by choosing Add layer mask on the bottom part of the Layers panel. Select also the Hard Mechanical brush of black color.

Use this brush to hide the background around the man, shown below:

Create a new layer and select again the Soft Round brush of the color #000345 (set Opacity to 20% in the Options bar).

Use this brush to paint around the man.

Let’s create a clipping mask to make the content of the recent layer only visible within the content of the layer containing the black color. Hold down Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) and click between layers in the Layers panel.

We’ve got the next result:

On the next new layer we’ll choose again the Soft Round brush of the color #FF00C7 (Opacity 60%).

Use this brush to paint on the man’s face as shown.

Let’s create another clipping mask. Hold down Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) and click between layers in the Layers panel.

We’ve got the next result:

Create a new layer and choose the Soft Round brush mentioned on the previous step, with the Size on 800px to paint the man’s face with the color #F577C2 (Opacity 20%).

Create a clipping mask again. Hold down Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) and click between layers in the Layers panel.

We’ve got the next result:

Create a new layer again and use this time the Paint Bucket Tool (G) to fill the new layer with black color.

Select also for the made layer Filter>Noise>Add Noise

We’ve got the next noise on the layer.

.. and also for the same layer apply Filter>Filter Gallery>Texture>Craquelure

hi guys, how ya doing? today, I'll share to you one easy way to beutify your photo using photosop. Check this out!


Start working by creating a new document (Ctrl+N) in Adobe Photoshop with the size 1024px by 1280px (RGB color mode) at a resolution of 72 pixels/inch. Select the background layer in Layers panel and click on Add a layer style icon from bottom part of the Layers panel to select Gradient Overlay.

Click in the color bar to open the Gradient Editor and set the color stops as shown. Click OK to close the Gradient Editor dialog box.

We’ve got the next background:

Use now the Rectangle Tool (U) to represent a kind of surface like the next one:

Click on Add a layer style icon from bottom part of the Layers panel and select Inner Shadow.

Add Gradient Overlay:

Click in the color bar to open the Gradient Editor and set the color stops as shown. Click OK to close the Gradient Editor dialog box.

We’ve got the next result:

Create a new layer which must be filled using the Paint Bucket Tool (G) with #BBBCBA color.

Apply for this layer the enxt filter: Filter>Noise>Add Noise.

We’ve got the next result:

Set Fill to 39% for this layer and change the Blending mode to Divide.

Create a new layer and select for it the Soft Round brush of black color (set Opacity to 20% in Options bar).

Use this brush to make darker the surfaces’ edge as it is demonstrated on the next picture:

Find a stock photo, I used this photo from Shutterstock. I would like to thank the author of this photo, or if you prefer, you can substitute similar image of your own.

Create the next new layer and select for it the Soft Round brush of white color (set Opacity to 20% in Options bar).

Use this brush to paint on the girl’s image the certain indicated zones.

Set the Blending mode for this layer to Overlay.
